Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing virtual game items from our website. To ensure fair transactions and a positive user experience, please read the refund policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Nature of Products


All items sold on this site are virtual goods, including in-game items, equipment,or services. Once the item has been delivered, the transaction is considered complete. Due to the nature of virtual products, no returns or reversals can be accepted after delivery.


2. Refundable Situations


We accept refund requests under the following specific circumstances:

  • The order was paid successfully, but we failed to deliver the item within the promised timeframe;

  • Duplicate charges occurred due to a system error;

  • Payment was made, but due to technical issues, no item or service was delivered and our system confirms the transaction was not completed;

  • The customer requests to cancel the order before delivery.


3. Non-Refundable Situations


Due to the instant and irreversible nature of virtual goods, refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • The item has been delivered and successfully received;

  • Incorrect information was provided by the customer (e.g., character name, server, platform ID), resulting in failed delivery;

  • The customer claims “unauthorized payment,” but system records confirm the transaction was performed by the account holder;

  • The refund is requested due to personal reasons such as “no longer needed” or “not satisfied”;

  • The item has already been used, transferred, or sold;

  • Clear evidence of malicious refund behavior (see Section 4).


4. Malicious Refund Behavior


We strictly prohibit any abuse of payment platform policies to request unjustified refunds or disputes. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Fabricating claims of “unauthorized transactions”;

  • Submitting false or manipulated screenshots or transaction proofs;

  • Filing disputes after the item has been used;

  • Behavioral patterns that match previously flagged malicious refund users.


⚠️ If such behavior is detected, we reserve the right to:

  • Reject current and future refund requests;

  • Suspend or ban related accounts or IP addresses;

  • Report the behavior to payment providers;

  • Take legal action if necessary.


5. Refund Method and Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days;

  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, with a maximum of 30 days.
